Meyrick has been with FaciliCorp for over five years, managing projects for many clients throughout the Bay Area. He assists our clients with executive level project management, including; strategic planning, site selection and pre-construction, along with executive level oversite of larger client sustaining accounts.

Rick Patten, LEED AP

Principal and Project Executive

Rick has been with FaciliCorp for over twenty years, managing projects for hundreds of clients throughout the Bay Area. He also assists our clients with their real estate assesments, including; programming requirements, strategic planning, long-term space projections, site selection evaluation, and due diligence.

Kendra Burch

Kendra has been with FaciliCorp for over five years, managing projects throughout the Bay Area. She also assists our clients with their real estate assesments, including; programming requirements, strategic planning, long-term space projections, site selection evaluation, and due diligence on infrastructure needs.

Roxanne Rasmussen

VP of Relocation Management

Roxanne has proven to be a valuable partner of the FaciliCorp team since her arrival 20 years ago. She has primary responsibility for FaciliCorp’s complex or large move projects. Her versatility helps customers with furniture installation and overall move management of server rooms, warehouse, manufacturing, labs and employee moves. Responsibilities include to interview customers to assess needs, plan the layout of the move, issue RFP’s, assist client in selecting vendors, manage move meetings and all vendors during the project or move.

Patti Decena

VP of Finance

Patti has been with FaciliCorp for over 20 years.  As VP of Finance, she is responsible for financial oversight of general operations. She also manages Human Resources and has broad experience in financial planning, performance standards, and financial analysis.

John has more than 20 years of combined experience in Project and Facilities Management. He is a quality-focused and hands-on tenant improvement project manager with leadership success across corporate high-tech, healthcare, retail, interior design and construction sectors. He has worked from both the general contractor and owner’s perspectives.
