FaciliCorp has managed projects for Bandai Namco for the past 12 years, recently moving their operations for the third time. Bandai Namco recently leased a 42,870 square foot building for their US headquarters operations. The single story building was delivered as a cold shell, so Bandai was responsible for the complete design and build out of the space.

Bandai Namco is a gaming company, so they wanted to design and build a unique office space that would be fun and exiting for both their employees as well as their visitors. The overall building design and layout was based on one of Bandai Namco’s most popular and successful video games, Pac-Man.
