FaciliCorp provided Construction and Project Management Services, Coordination with the Architect, Contractor, Furniture Vendor, Security, I.T. and Building Management for Course Hero’s hew suite, approximately 33,000 S.F. of space, in Redwood City, CA. FaciliCorp also coordinated the move of approximately 140 employees into the new space during the last week of December 2017.
