FaciliCorp completed another successful project for our client The Pad! The Pad is a new co-working space where individuals or small companies can sign up and lease office or desk space. FaciliCorp was hired to manage the space planning and design, the tenant improvement and the relocation from their Menlo Park space to their new location in Sunnyvale, which consist of 20,000 square feet.
FaciliCorp assisted The Pad in creating space and building standards by defining overall layouts and adjacencies and generating detailed plans. We oversaw every aspect of the project through planning and construction, interior improvements, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and the relocation. Working with The Pad was a fun project experience and we thank them for the opportunity!
